EARNING POTENTIAL
Your Direct Income!
Our compensation package is built with your success in mind. We want you to flourish both personally and financially. Your earnings at Salon Flourish our made up of three components: guaranteed hourly wage, gratuities and retail bonuses.
You have a degree of control over your own income here, as some our stylists prefer to work part time, and some full time; typically averaging between 30-40 hours a week. The incomes below will vary slightly due to this. Below is an average of our annual stylists compensations.
Every stylist grows through our level system at a different speed, dependent on benchmarks determined in monthly coaching sessions. Our in-salon education and coaching includes advanced hands on training, proven ways to add-on services, retail and other commission boosters so you can grow as rapidly as you would like.
